Fat harvesting with retained stem cells and growth factor for successful fat graft volume replacement is a refined surgical technique performed by plastic surgeons for aesthetic or reconstruction of volume deficits. 

 My research and clinical experience in stem cells, fat retention and viability began in 1980's and continues till today. UCSD Plastic Surgeons and I have collaborated on novel research projects in this field, and now 4 papers are pending publication. In addition to research, I have developed a specialized tumescent fluid (patent pending), and a collagen stimulating slurry. It is for both my research and clinical outcomes that I am a recognized expert in this field.

I have defined the complex of Adipose (fat cells), Stromal Mesenchymal Stem Cells, and Growth Factors in the medical and biochemistry science literature as the Adipose Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Factor (AMSCGF).
